Please be aware of the craft nature of our products. Badges are hand-pressed when we receive your order. This ensures a quality product.

Regardless of quantity, all items (yes, even single badges) are sent in padded envelopes or Jiffy Bags as well as being wrapped to ensure a safe, dry, clean delivery.

Although the majority of items will be shipped within 2 days of your order please allow at least 10 working days for UK delivery and 15 working days outside the UK. We will not guarantee to replace items if you fail to notify us of non-delivery after 28 days from dispatch.

We hope that you love your chosen goodies but know how disappointing it is to receive something that is not as expected. We will accept returns and if you should need to return your items please contact us at sales@thestroppycow.com within 7 days and we will give you an authorization number and instructions on how to return the package to us. The item must be in its original condition (tags attached, etc.) Original shipping charges can not be refunded and all shipping charges to get the package back to us are your responsibility.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We will not accept any item for refund after 14 days. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

We endeavour to keep all your 100% information secure. All transactions on this site are carried out using secure servers. We will NEVER pass on your details to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
